- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni slices, cooked Italian sausage, bacon bits, and chopped ham.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
