Background and Experience

Hi, I’m Michael Roy, a computer science graduate based in Chicago, IL. I’m passionate about coding and problem-solving, always looking for ways to create useful and innovative software.

I’ve gained experience working with languages like Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with tools like Spring Boot, React, and Git. My coursework has covered everything from Artificial Intelligence to Web Development and Computer Networks, giving me a solid foundation in tech.

I recently concluded my internship as a Full-Stack Engineer at Revature, where I learned how to build scalable applications and worked with tools like Javalin, JDBC, and Maven. It was a great opportunity to sharpen my skills and work on real-world projects.
